Virgin Atlantic’s Engineering & Maintenance team has picked eMRO by TRAX as its IT system for maintenance management. The platform is part of the team’s plan for simpler, smarter maintenance and will ensure aircraft are available on time.

This announcement marks the start of a partnership between Virgin Atlantic and TRAX, who will be developing a fully-defined delivery schedule with go-live anticipated in 2021. eMRO by TRAX replaces Virgin Atlantic’s existing maintenance management system which has been operative since 2010.
